What We Believe

What We Do (Mission)
"Transforming Faith Baptist Church is a Church that is committed to building and equipping the Kingdom of God through Holistic Ministry by the Holy Spirit. Our goal is to save the lost and build up the body of believers through the preaching, teaching, and living of God's Holy Word. We will work to perfect our praise and worship; actively minister to the concerns of the family and community; and be excellent stewards over all of the possessions that have come to us from the hand of God."
Our Commitment
To be Christ’s visible representative in the home, the church, and the community.
To bring the unsaved to Christ through loving evangelism, outreach, and witnessing.
To nurture the saved in Christ through effective teaching, preaching, and living of the Word.
To willingly support the church through cheerful giving of tithes and offerings, free use of spiritual gifts, and active participation in established ministries.
How We Celebrate
In obedience to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, we participate in the following Baptist Church ordinances:
- The Lord’s Supper – For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until He comes. 1 Corinthians 11:26 (NASB)
- Baptism by Immersion (Symbolizes the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ) – Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life. Romans 6:4 (NASB)
